History of the firm
Evergreen Lawyers was born out of the desire to create a firm capable of combining technical requirements, direct relationships with clients and a long-term vision.
Founded by lawyers from recognized business law structures in Paris and abroad, the firm was built around a simple idea, to practice law as a lever for development and not as a constraint. The first years were marked by organic growth, fuelled by word of mouth and the trust of entrepreneurs, managers and HR teams who were looking for legal support that was reliable, available and deeply rooted in their operational realities.
The opening in Lyon and then the bringing together of complementary profiles made it possible to enrich the firm's spectrum of intervention, by integrating employment law, corporate transactions, commercial relationships and international mobility.
Today, Evergreen Lawyers supports established players, SMEs in the process of structuring, foreign groups and companies that are moving forward, building and transforming.
