

Yanchao Wu is a member of the Paris Bar. Her practice focuses on corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and cross-border investments between France and China.
Trained in Chinese law at Zhejiang University and admitted to the Chinese national bar examination, she completed her legal education in Paris and was sworn in as a French lawyer in 2014. She practised for more than ten years in the corporate / M&A departments of leading international business law firms in Paris.
She advises Chinese groups on the structuring and protection of their investments in France, and assists French companies expanding into China. Her dual legal culture makes her a natural intermediary for resolving disputes between French and Chinese parties, whether through negotiation or mediation.
Deeply involved in the Chinese community in France, she advises individual entrepreneurs as well as major Chinese groups established in France, supporting them across the full range of their legal needs.
Yanchao Wu serves as Secretary General of the Association of Lawyers of Chinese Origin in France and lectures at the Université Sorbonne Nouvelle.
